Vinification: Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 5 days.
Maturation and ageing in steel vats for at least 5 months.

Alcohol content: 12% vol

Bottle ageing: 2 months

Characteristics: Very light ruby-red colour.
Very delicate floral nose with distinctive rose notes.
Very fresh and piquant flavour, subtle and well-sustained, with the rose note perceptible on the palate as well.

Team with: A particularly delicate wine to accompany the entire meal, suitable with antipasti, soups and fish.

Serving temperature: 18-20°C.

Ageing potential: 1-2 years.
