Vinification: Soft crushing of the grapes to extract only the first-pressing must, which is clarified and decanted before being sent directly to stainless steel tanks for fermentation at controlled temperature.

Alcohol content: 12,5% vol

Bottle ageing: 2 months

Characteristics: Bright straw-yellow colour with fruity aromas and flavour, rich and elegant bouquet.

Team with: Aperitifs, antipasti, delicate fish-based dishes

Serving temperature: 10-12°C.

Ageing potential: 3-4 years.
